You’re Reading the Work!
When I check my stats and folks have been reading my work, I just love that.
When one of my blog posts leads folks to read my work, I double love that.
If I post about the death of Daddy Joe, and you mosey over to read “The Old Timers” because it’s under the category of Grief, that’s so cool.
Yes, it’s kind of fun when I see all the hits on the Me page or my Achievements—you want to know me better.
But when you read my work, well, that’s the point of all this.
So as ZZ Top said, You didn’t have to love me like did but you did, and I thank you.

Love the ZZ Top quote! Happy weekend!

It’s amazing how often their lyrics pop into my brain. 🙂 Happy weekend to you as well, and hope you’re having fun with the roll-out of the book.

You are in the zone. Lots of stuff is appearing and it is all good and interesting. You are a writer worth reading…
I hope you stay in the zone. The rest of us will be most grateful

Thanks, Joe. Did you have any thoughts on the memoir while you were away?

My goodness, I’m just terrible – – I’ve been reading you from my phone and it’s so old and antiquated, it doesn’t let me interact with checking the likes or commenting. Finally on my laptop today and wanted to respond since I know how much I love getting your comments. You put such quality writing out and this other southern gal (okay….southern california!) adores your southern voice!

My southern sister from another state–so many of the same things make us laugh. I enjoy being blogging buddies. 🙂
