A Delightfully Rambunctious Novel
I’m so pleased with this review, y’all, I have to share it–thank you to Chapter 16 and reviewer Bradley Sides for the extremely kind and enthusiastic review of WHEN WE WERE MURDEROUS TIME-TRAVELING WOMEN. Calling it a “rambunctious novel” packed with “action, humor, and heart,” he found it “brimming with love.” That feels like the trifecta to me. (And don’t tell my own grannies I’ve written a rambunctious story!)

Oh my goodness! A fabulous review! “reads like a love letter to New Orleans…….this is a writer who knows the soul of the city.” That. right. there. and much more in this stellar review should bump up sales in the stratosphere. And he is looking forward to your next novel … a sequel?? Congrats! Can’t wait to see you in Bay St. Louis at Ellenpalooza….

Isn’t it amazing? You know, it’s a different novel. He could have not gotten it AT ALL. And he got it so totally. I do love that quote about the soul of he city. ❤️ And that’s the 2nd reference I’ve gotten to a possible sequel–you honestly never know. So happy to see you soon.
